Battery installation in Mascot
Most homes in Mascot and the surrounding suburbs with solar can add a battery, and most homes without solar can put both in at once. We install Tesla Powerwall 3 as a Tesla Certified Installer, plus Sigenergy and Sungrow. The federal discount is around $272 per usable kWh on the first 14 kWh for installs by 31 December 2026, stepping down on 1 January 2027.

Terraces, semis and tight sites
A lot of South Sydney homes are terraces and semis with small roofs, narrow side passages and switchboards in odd places. We plan the panel layout around the roof you have and find a battery spot that's out of direct sun with the right clearances, then show you where everything will go before the install.

Ausgrid connection, handled
Mascot and South Sydney are on Ausgrid's network. Solar and battery systems need connection approval from Ausgrid before they go in, and some homes have an export limit. We lodge the application and tell you about any limit before you commit.

Do you install batteries in Mascot?
+
Yes. We install home batteries across Mascot and South Sydney, including Tesla Powerwall 3, Sigenergy and Sungrow, on new or existing solar.
Who is the electricity network in Mascot?
+
Ausgrid. We lodge the connection application for your solar or battery and tell you about any export limit before you commit.
Can you put solar on a terrace or semi?
+
Usually, yes. Smaller roofs still suit a well-designed system. We design around the roof space and shading you actually have.
Can I get a battery in an apartment?
+
It depends on the building. Batteries need solar on the same property and somewhere safe to install, which usually means the owners corporation has to be involved. Call us and we'll tell you honestly whether it's possible.
